Project Scope:
CERA Solutions will provide inspection and field support for the HEP Mach to High West Dehydration Plant Upgrade Project, covering approximately1 mile of 6.625-inch pipeline and associated station upgrades near the project area. The project includes pipeline installation, bores, and station work, with an anticipated duration of 45 days. CERA ensured that all field activities are conducted safely, in compliance with applicable codes and standards, and documented accurately for quality assurance and regulatory compliance.
Our Scope:
CERA Solutions will provide qualified inspection personnel and support services, including:
• On-site inspection and oversight of pipeline construction, bores, and station upgrades.
• Coordination with Howard Energy Partners and contractors to support field execution.
• Monitoring compliance with CFR 192, project specifications, and safety requirements.
• Welding inspection by CWI-certified personnel, including dual CWI/NACE certification where applicable.
• QA/QC oversight to ensure adherence to project standards and timely issue resolution.
• Documentation of construction activities, inspection results, and identified deficiencies.
• Support for station installation, risers, meters, and trap sets, including inspection of mechanical and structural components.
• Timely reporting of field observations, progress, and any recommended corrective actions.
