Project Scope:
CERA Solutions will provide inspection and integrity support for the HEP Omniport 16-inch Pipeline Verification Digs near Port Arthur, Texas. The project includes two verification digs to assess identified metal loss anomalies. CERA will ensure safe, compliant, and efficient field execution, with thorough documentation and reporting. The project is planned for six (6) days, including mobilization and a contingency day for weather or schedule delays.
Our Scope:
• Provide on-site inspection support for two pipeline verification digs.
• Coordinate field activities with Howard Energy Partners and contractors.
• Monitor compliance with work plans, specifications, and safety requirements.
• Document excavation, pipe exposure, anomalies, and inspection activities.
• Support non-destructive examination (AUT) as required.
• Provide QA/QC oversight to ensure quality, compliance, & schedule adherence.
• Support recoats or composite repairs if indicated.
• Communicate field observations and progress through timely reporting
