Project Scope:

Reconstruction and widening of the intersection, including railroad bridge replacement and repairs. The proposed improvement also consists of improving the roadway profiles, modernization and replacement of traffic signals and lighting, and improvements to drainage including the construction of a stormwater detention pond at the 103rd Street and I-94 interchange.  

Our Scope:

CERA prepared plans for roadway removal, alignment, and proposed signing and pavement marking, and provided utility coordination services.
